UK based heating specialist Trianco, has improved the featureset of the company’s Greenflame ECO Biomass Boilers, with the introduction of a number of new features, including a state of the art Igneo Slim controller and a range of boilers designed for installation externally.
Igneo incorporates an advanced algorithm, providing users with a number of system set ups, reports and logs, allowing the boiler to be tailored to the requirements of individual users.
Controlling both heating and domestic hot water usage, Igneo incorporates what the Sheffield based manufacturer describes as ‘a user-friendly display, generously sized for ease of operation’. Features include operating status and boiler report logs that monitor a wide range of parameters, including temperature from the burner to boiler, together with feeder operating times. The controller also displays measured temperatures, i.e. in room, radiators, buffer tank, hot water and outdoor temperature. Additionally, it can also be controlled remotely via GSM or conventional modem for ultimate user accessibility and control.
New external models have also joined the Greenflame ECO range and are ideal option for installations where internal space is limited. Designed to work efficiently and effectively outside of a property, the external range is finished in a tough Black graphite weatherproof casing which is IP45 rated to provide protection against water ingress. Efficiency ratings exceed 91% and all external models are supplied complete with a comprehensive ECO system starter flue kit (built in flue draught stabiliser) to assist a smooth and easy installation.
A range of outputs is available from 10kW – 60kW and irrespective of output chosen, each model features a ‘Lambda’ control to ensure optimum efficiency, as well as hopper store capacity options to save on re-filling time. High specification ‘Leister’ ignitors are fitted as standard and the range has it’s own specifically designed ECO system flue kit.
Greenflame ECO boilers are fully approved and applicable for the taxpayer subsidised Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI). To find out more, contact your local Trianco stockist or visit the company’ssheff website.
